850 - suspensions, change when ??? 850

Hi,

have just learnt that changing the rear suspensioners here in France would cost me around 900 Euros (800-900 USD). I've got an 850 year 1995, with self-levelling (without self-levelling, the price would be around 300 Euros). Currently 188.000 kilometers on the tacho.

Could anyone give me an idea of how far I might be from transferring this horrendous amount of money to my mecanic ???
