Functional obsolecense 850 1997

Wouldn't you know, I just got my T-5 paid off and all the problems started. First, my ABS / Trac Loc light comes on most of the time but not constant. I have newer pads and don't know about how many miles are on the rotors. No pulsing or hard pedal but not good braking either. I am pretty sure the rotors aren't warped. If I do need to replace them, any tricks and feel free to jump in on the historic stock vs. cross drilled vs. slotted debate.

Secondly, with the rear windows down, there is an audible, speed sensitive vibration. It is imperceptible with the windows up, but down and you can tell. I had the tires rebalanced, twice and they all zero out. Is there something in the rear end that could cause that?

And lastly, my rear bumper is sagging down about 3/4 of an inch. Any autobody guys know how those things are hooked on? Other than that, I love this car.
