what state are you in?

I live in Texas, and I had the same results all of the systems were not ready. the tech doing the inspection said that most volvo's he tests say the same thing, he clicked something on the screen and completed the test and I passed.

I know the systems were not ready because I have vacume leak that I can not find that causes the CE light to come on. I have a OBDII scan tool and reset the CE before i drove to the test.
