ac drain? 850

Its been quite hot and humid in the past few days and had my ac running on max.
When I left from work I noticed a weird noise like water in the bubbling in the vents (not chirping noises from bad fan motors)
It seems to be more pronounced when i turn the car left (which i thought was weird) I turned off the a/c and it still made the noises mostly when the fan is at least 1/2 speed to full.
Is it water from the condessor in my vents? I read somewhere the ac drain is behind the climate control/radio.
