Foglight Installations S80 1999

I'm getting ready to install factory foglights, but I have a problem. The plasic bracket behind the front bumber facia is broken and 2 out of 3 mounting points for the driver side foglight are missing. Has anyone ever had to replace this piece, or know where I can get a cheap one? If you have replaced this before, please let me know what you had to do. Thanks!
