Code 2-2-2 in socket A1 and flashing up arrow, what exactly does this mean? 850 1993

Well I just checked the codes and I'm geting 2-2-2 from socket A1 to compliment the flashing up arrow. Unfortunately I need to drive about 350 miles in the very near future. Is this something that must be fixed before the drive?
