Thanks Matt, I am trying to find a substitute part but not sure it I need a exact match. I like to call a VW dealer. The Volvo dealer price is $20+shipping. I do not buy from my local dealer, too pricey. This dealer I call is in Georgia (Swedish Engineering, 800-928-6586). If you do not see any item on the eEuroparts.com or IPDUSA.com you may try this dealer.

Dealers are saying it is a one-way check valve (by description, size: 5 quarters stack together, color: half white and half black, connects to a tee, no part number on the part). I took it out and it seems the way it should not let any air out leaks a little bit. A good time to replace it!
