Well here in montreal the expressways that run through the the city are posted at 70km that is about 42 miles an hour on a 4 lane express lane if you follow traffic flow you are going to average 100km an hour the cop #####claims###### I was going 135km so I'll be in court also that is 7 demerit points which is halfway to a suspension
