Interior lights/Central locking not working 850 1996

Hi,

Saw someone had a problem with dome lights on June 24. I have a similiar problem. Started with dome lights only not working when opening door. But dome light would work manually. Removed light covers above mirror and removed one blub on the left. Put light back in because it looked fine, did not look burnt out. Since then, central locking system does not work - can not lock doors with interior lock or remotely. All interior lights are not working. And worst of all, as soon as I put the key in the ignition, a chime sounds and does not stop until the key is removed from ignition. It seems that these problems can be related but not sure. Any suggestions other than the relay 11??
