850 turbo a smokin at idle 850 1995

Coming down off crusing speeds and then sitting at a light for a few minutes, I get light whisps of white smoke from the exhaust. Knowing that there is not a flame trap on the turbos I proceeded to clean all of the crankcase ventilation apparatus ( i.e. oil seperator, hoses and etc) and still get the smoke. It seems when it is at a condition that develops high intake vaccum the smoke occurs.
qany suggestions as to where to look?
OH!!! almost for got I am getting a little bit of oik on the ground under the turbo housing.

Any suggestions?

Thanks Glenn
