help with pesky issues (AC, roof, oil leak) on 1993 850 GLT sedan 850 1993

About a month ago I purchased a 1993 850 GLT (non-turbo) sedan with 123K miles.

When I bought it the AC/heater fan was not operating and I knew this. The AC and heat work fine but the fan will not blow the air out of the dashboard. My mechanic said it was one of two parts and would be relatively cheap to fix. I negotiated the price of the car down significantly and bought the car as-is. The day after I bought it the fan suddenly started working again. Two weeks after that it stopped working and is not functioning at this point. Can anyone shed any light on this issue?

Today the power sunroof went back and would not come forward. First time this has happened. I hand-cranked it back into closed position. When I use the switch it sounds like the motor is operating but the roof does not move. Could this be a gear (mechanical) issue and not a motor issue?

Pesky oil leak from somewhere. I have not had oil on my garage floor since I owned a Toyota Celica (22R engine) in the 80's! It loses some every night when I park it. I have seen some vague references to oil leaks on the board. Any advice on where to start to look?

That's the three issues I have right now. Any help anyone could give me would be appreciated. My mechanic is super honest and I trust him with anything but I would love to rectify some of these issues myself if possible.
