Use fishing line or dental floss, slide it under the badge & saw back & forth. This will remove the badge & most glue. Residue glue can be removed with methylated spirits or some sort of enamel friendly glue solvent (not a difficult job). Be aware though, that depending how old your car is, there may be a faint "shadow" left from where the badges were.
