Miniature lamp 850 1997

Hi Stuart

Miniature lamps (8 to 10 amps rating, I forgot, they are all 12 volts, radio shack may have them):
I did this a year or two ago and might miss details

Get code for the radio from the dealer (VIN needed)
Remove radio: Push the latches on each side and pull the unit with the latches
Press notch at the bottom/center of the Electronic/Manual Climate Control unit and pull it out.
Remove metal casing on the unit. Careful: The casing edges are sharp (I remember this!)
Access lamps
You may need to solder them, I forgot

My parts source: MCM Electronics: For any electronics parts: Request a catalog. Watch part prices though.

I am not sure what is a resistor pack. I doubt MCM Electronics will sell such thing unless you make one on your own given the resistance value (in Ohm) and power ratings (in Watt). Try Swedish Engineering 800-928-6586. They have better price among dealers.
