Final checkup before my warranty expires S70

I'm worried about what this could turn up. Its going in tomorrow with an entire list of things I want them to inspect to see what they can find.
1. I've got a stumbling problem at idle which has been present ever since I bought the car, but its intermittent, so I never had them check it out cause I know they'll say they couldn't replicate it.
2. I also have some rough shifting in Sport mode at low speeds.
3. antenna makes noise going up and down and I don't think it extends all the way.
4. brakes are REALLY soft.
5. passenger window is very slow moving.
6. rough idle when in drive and at a complete stop.

So.... I'm a bit worried. I hope they find some things that will be covered under warranty. We'll see. If not, I'll be looking for them to tell me the problem and I'll probably fix them myself. The first 2 items are my biggest concerns.

Anybody had a dealership do the brake system flush? How much do they charge for that? I want to have it done, but don't want to pay alot for it. I am sending the car in along with new steel-braided brake hoses I got from IPD. If the flush price is right, I'll have them do it and replace the lines for me. Then, when I get it back, I'm replacing the rotors with cross-drilled ones.
