A Good Mechanic in Elkton Maryland? 850

My brother's 1994 850 turbo blew a head gasket in Elkton Md and now that the car has been diagnosed and sitting at a small volvo mechanic's shop for a week, they have advised him that they don't have the expertise to do the fix. He is from Charlotte NC and before having the car towed to NC for repairs he wonders if there is a viable option tohave it fixed in Elkton. Any quick advice is appreciated.
