Does LPT have PCV? C70 2000

So w/ all the discussion about flame trap on Normally Aspirated engines (turbos do not have a flame trap), and the info. avail. on Bay 13 regarding the flame trap on those NA engines, my question is:

Does a Low Pressure Turbo engine have PCV valve or any other maintenance item of that nature?

I have <30,000 mi. and will be doing my spark plugs shortly - as soon as I get a torx socket set - my torx screwdrivers don't nearly give me enough oomph to remove the cover on top of engine & get at the plug apparatus.
