WAS THE OIL UNDER THE SPARK PLUG COVER ON TOP? YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FLAME TRAP REPLACED, ALSO THERE IS A RECALL OR SERVICE BULLETIN ON THE SYSTEM FOR THAT CAR THAT REPLACES THE HOSES FOR THE FLAME TRAP "VOLVO'S VERSION OF A PCV VALVE" THIS WILL CAUSE PRESSURE IN THE CRANKCASE AND FORCE OIL OUT OF THE FILLER CAP AND IF BAD ENOUGH CAN CAUSE THE REAR MAIN SEAL TO FAIL.
