Exhaust System necessary with upgraded ECU? C70

Howdy C70 owners....

Quick Question:

Is it necessary to replace and upgrade the exhaust system on a C70 HPT when upgrading the ECU? IF so, what is the overall best product to replace it with?

TME?
IPD?
Borla?
Supersprint?
etc?

My goal should I need to do this would be to keep the stock sound and look. I don't want anything deeper or that looks aftermarket. I hate the "rice rocket" sounding civic.
