Don't expect more than $12K to $14K from the dealer. Two problems, the 60K miles and the there is little interest in the 99 and 2000 models. The 99 and early 2000's had major problems that people want to avoid. The mileage is the biggest thorn. The 2000 2.9's with 60K miles are selling on Ebay $14K
