Flashing AC lights V70-XC70

This indicates that the A/C unit has detected a fault at start-up.
This can be caused by various things - I had this when the cabin temp. sensor failed on my car.
This really needs to be diagnosed by connected an ODBII tool to your car which should be able to tell you the specific cause the of problem as the A/C system stores the problems in a log.
