squealing sound after start up 850

Hi all,
The last few days, I've noticed that our 850 turbo makes a squealing sound immediately after start up and for about one minute of driving. It's so pronounced that passengers have asked me if the parking break is on. I think the sound is coming from the engine, but it could also sound like dragging brakes or even a bad power steering column (except my wheels are pointed straight rather than turned to the far right or left). Needless to say, the source of the sound is hard to identify. The only thing that has happened recently is that I had the oil changed at a valvoline fast lube place (the sound started the day after). I had the oil changed from a 5w-40 to a 10w-30 grade. Could the heavier cold temperature oil cause the engine to squeal until it warms up?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
