how much $$ to replace evaporator OR condenser? 850R '96 850 1996

Just searching for Volvo 850 Evaporator and I'm seeing prices of about $185 and $235 at overnightautoparts.com (and many other parts stores apparently using the same supplier/catalog)... The Condenser is $193 and $255. I don't quite follow why the catalog displays the same part number twice and with two different prices either...

The change out for the Evaporator is extensive (just looking at the pictures
at http://www.volvospeed.com/Repair/ac.htm, and no wonder it's so costly. Just this morning sitting in a European Car Repair Shop waiting for them to inject dye into my system which didn't hold the charge the two weeks I've owned the car (to quote someone, "grrr"). While waiting, listening to the customer ahead of me be told her Volvo 850 needs a new Evaporator... It was kind of cute and kind of sad too as the repairman made an appointment to do the work, but wouldn't give her a price - he'd call her later, at home. I don't suppose that would be just in case she faints...

I'll get my bad news later. Living in Florida, you don't go without the A/C (unless you like the health benefits of sweating or having a mobile sauna?).
