1995 854 replacement keys 850

We have lost one of the original keys and remote for this car. Still have one original key with remote but would like to replace the lost set.

Is the dealer the only option for replacement keys and remote fob?

I guess the keys are "laser" cut, and don't look like ones I can buy from the local hardware store.
