Repairing Cargo Cover 850 1997

The cargo cover in my 97 850 wagon has sprung and will not re-roll. One of the plastic mounting brackets has a shaft that has broken. My questions: (1) is it possible to get a replacement mounting bracket (and not have to buy the entire cargo cover kit); and (2) how do I get enough tension back on the cargo cover so that it will roll up again? Thanks for your thoughts.
