How to DISASSEMBLE instrument cluster?? I tried... 850

Ive taken all the torx screws out. I understand there is another nut thing on the turbo boost guage, do i have to remove that? I do not want to break anything.
It doesnt feel like it wants to come out. I broke my odometer and bought the replacement gear, so i'd like to be able to install it...
What should i do?
