Heater Core Removal V70-XC70 1998

I recently posted a message I was getting condensation out of the passenger side ducts when the ac or defroster was put on. I received a response from FRANK and he was right on the money. He suggested I look and see if there was a leak by the right side of the gas pedal, there was.

Frank if you get this message, how do I get the heater core out, is there a simple way. The Haynes book I have does not have a section for the v70 model.
