Air conditioning okay on 850 850 1996

Hello all, I am new to 850 world, having just sold a 740 and a 240. So far I like it, it is definitly a modern car.

My air doesn't work quite right. It blows kind of cold but will kick off in traffic or stop and go driving. It will work fairly well driving down the interstate with the cruise set but you can still feel it cycling a lot.

I have checked the charge level and it is fine. The cooling fan is working. Does any one have a suggestions? Is this too new for the dreaded evaporator problem? If I was just going to throw parts at it I would replace the dryer and orafice tube.

What do you guys think?
