Getting to the upper rear shock mounts in '98 V70 V70-XC70 1998

I want to replace the rear shocks and bushings on my v70 now that it has about 93k on it. Looks pretty simple (how many times have we said that?) only manual I could find was a Haynes for the 850 and all it says is remove the floor by unscrewing screws near the seat backs. I have looked the whole way across the V70 floor panel and see no screws. There are a couple of bolts on the sides that seem to attach to the flooring piece. Does could anyone please tell me how you get that flooring piece loose? Any other advice on shock replacement also appreciated.

2.5 V70 automatic no self-levelling system.
