S 70 with manuel transmission S70

I have a base 1994 850 with manuel shift. I am beginning to look for a low mileage 2000 S70. Did they come with a manuel. I don't care about how "load"it may be,except for leather seats. I also don't need a turbo. Don't want the $3000 repair bill when it blows out. Did they make many S 70's with manuel shifts and how would I get one. I've never driven an automatic and can't learn now.
