Replacement Bulbs S40-V40

I have a 2000 S40 and I was wondering if anyone has experience with the PIAA bulbs? Also I looked on their website under application guides and they don't even have the S40 listed there, I'm assuming that they just haven't updated this though. Anyone have experience with any other bulbs?

Also has anyone experienced chips in the headlight cover? The drivers side headlight was chipped about 2 weeks ago and today a saw that my passager side headlight (bulb is out also) is now chipped as well. I saw that one could buy replacements but has anyone else experienced this? I wonder if it's just a run of bad luck.
