Considering buying 850 T 850 1997

I've owned 240's, 940, and 1993 850 GLT and am considering a 1997 850 T with 115k miles. Any words of wisdom including recommendation and/or caution would be appreciated. Seller is asking just a few hundred under high book. The car appears to be very well maintained and in great condition however has been on the market for an extended period. Limited research indicates these cars may be hard to sell and although fun to drive may not have the reputation for durability that comes with the older models. Any input/tips/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
