Wheel squeal-not brakes 850 1996

Hi,
I have a 96 854 that has developed a problem over the last few months. I get a squeal from the front wheel(s?) when starting off in the morning. It is a very high pitched noise similar to break squeal. I am pretty sure it's not brake squeal since a) Brake pad are fine and have not been worked on b) There are no break wear indicators c) There is no scoring of the rotors d) It doesn't happen when the brakes are applied. It tends to go away after a number of miles of driving, say 20 or so.
I am wondering if it could be a bearing issue, but it really doesn't sound or fell like a bearing going bad.
Any ideas?

Thanks.
