Hey Guy,

How recently did you say you did your front brake job?

I know for fact that the silicone anti squeal grease that's applied to the pads will burn off for the first several days. In fact, the day after I did mine I thought my front wheel was on fire at a stop light for all the smoke.

That was 2 years ago and of course there was no problem.

Just something to think about.
