Poor acceleration/low end torque V70-XC70 1999

Wrongway - What you describe is exactly what my '95 855t was doing. In my case I had a leak in a turbo hose between the turbo and the intake. (It was at the 90deg bend off of the intercooler) I replaced the hose and made sure all others were snug via their clamps. Hesitating, pseudo- stalling and low end lack all disappeared. It runs strong now. I assume it had a over-rich fuel mixture due to the leak. It seems a bit early for your '99 to have leaks - a vacuum line in the right place could have the same effect. Good luck.
