Clutch Replacement 850

I have an 1994 850 manual with 124,000 miles. No clutch problems yet, but I guess its a matter of time. I don't think I'm hard on it, but its mostly city, stop and start miles, so it will go sometime. Did I hear to get the rear seal replaced at the same time you do the clutch or was it vice versa (if you have to do the rear seal, do the clutch also)? I've had no rear seal problems todate. Keep that flame trap clean. My challenges are the typical Volvo problems: air and electrical relays.
