Light Control Module 850 1995

My spoiler brake lights do not work after bulb replacement. I checked brake lights by running another power feed to them since a voltage test shows no power at its normal feed. Lights worked. My left and right lower brake lights work. The light control unit located behind the left brake light assembly says it controls 3x brake lights and 4x taillights. Before I spend $128.00 US to order one I would like to know if there is any other test I need to do to rule this out.
