Purchase of 2001 V70 T5 V70-XC70

I'm considering the purchase of a 2001 V70 T5 to replace my wifes 94 855 GLT.

What things should I look out for when checking out this car. The Volvo dealer says there is still 3 years left on the warranty and they are offering some great financing deals. I know about the A/C evaporator coil (just had to replace that on the 94 855) but what other things should I be aware of?

One last question, does the 2001 V70 T5 require high test (super) gasoline?
