Where is the starter relay! 850

I had wondered about the elelctrical part of the ignition switch.

When I turn the key, all I hear is a click under the hood. All the warning lights are on and battery and its connections are good, but no start.

Doesn't always happen, sometimes when it does start there is a short delay from turning the key to the starter turning.
