Manual adjustment of a power seat 850 1997

I have a '97 850 and the passenger side power seat will not work. I plan on searching for the cause but wanted to see if anyone knew a way to manually move a power seat. I would like to adjust it backwards and recline a bit so someone could ride comfortably if needed.

Any suggestions for what to look for in searching for the cause would also be appreciated.
