Need A/C Help! 850

The codes could be old, false codes so the first thing that needs to be done is erase them, see if the ECC LEDs still flash and if so, check the codes again. If the codes are still there, you have permanent faults with those parts (motors). Those parts have nothing to do with anything done before UNLESS an Evap was replaced (or lower dash work) and someone somehow botched it?
I'd also highly advise having another tech who really knows 850s look at that, say....an experienced dealer master tech who knows 850s?
