Power steering - steering hard to turn 850 1994

Hi,

Since 2 days, I realise that the steering wheel was harder to turn than usual. The strange thing is that it does not happen all the time. Sometime, all is normal and then the next turn, it become harder. Not like having no power steering at all but enough to ask you the question. I did not see any leak, nor loosing fluid. What can it be? The power steering pump? need your help folk on this one.
