Here's my understanding: C70 1999

I was under the impression that disconnecting the battery on the 1999 and later models does not work.

Prior to finding out that I needed to replace the MAS, the check engine light was on and I needed to get a smog check. I tried disconnecting the battery as someone recommended, but the check engine light was still on. Then, someone else on brickboard told me that this process was for 1998 and earlier cars.

Anyways, I should be getting my part next week and then I'll let you guys know the result. Thanks!
