S80 T6 Starter problems.....human error S80 1999

I've seen that happen twice now after an inexperienced tech replaced a trans in S80s (starter problems). Each time the cause was simply that a wire to the starter or battery ground wasn't installed properly or not tight. Have whoever did the work OR an experienced tech double check the wires to the starter and battery ground to trans. It's not just a mere co-incedence.
I have yet to see a bad wiring harness in any S80 and especially ever since a trans was replaced or repaired.
