Oil quirks on 1998 V70 GLT with 64,000 miles V70-XC70

I bought a 1998 V70 GLT a few months ago. Great car so far. Two small nagging problems though. First the turbo has a small oil leak. Dealer says no problem but I am not used to having oil drip on the garage floor. Can anybody verify to me that this is normal. I think the oil is getting past the bearings and into the intake. From there it seeps out the hose fitting and down the turbo body. The second quirk has to do with the oil fill plug. I have never in my life of changing oil had a problem with the oil fill plug. I tighted it and tightened it and I still get a few drips on the floor. Has anyone else every seen this before. I made sure I had a new steel washer sold to me with the new oil filter. I think the cast aluminum oil pan has something to do with this.
Thanks.
