to buy or not to buy? S70

Found an affordable 1999 S70 so I've been looking at all the consumer reviews and i'm getting very mixed signals!!! Some are great and some are lemons. Any ideas on this? I'm so used to the dependability of the 240s (I've previously owned 2 240s and one 940). Will I be disappointed with the s70? Is it higher maintenance than the 240?
