Check Engine Obd II reader S70 1998

I have an 98 S70 T5M with about 98K My check engine light has come on again. Most times it comes on it has been the gas cap. I hate having to go to the dealer (Stillmans in West Chester, PA) and pay to have them tell me it is just the gas cap.

Does anyone know a place to get this checked without paying the dealer exorbitant fees in the Wilmington, DE area?
