Steering rack 850 1991

Yes I just bought a 91 GLT loaded and in excellant shape with 80k on the clock. Paid $5,800.
A message on a previous service report was to check the "Steering racK". said it was a getting a little loose and needs possible tighting. What would that be referring to. "Steering Rack", the balljoints, ti Rods???

Also is this a costly thing or a walk in the park?
