are you happy with your 850? 850

My 1995 850 wagon: I really like the comfort, handling, utility, safety, fuel economy and looks. But I'm finding it very expensive to maintain - I don't mind paying premium dollars for parts that last longer than average but find I'm paying premium price for average-lifespan parts. Would I buy another one? It would be a frustrating decision because no other makers have a car that provides the 850's unique set of benefits. It's just so expensive to maintain.

But that's the wagon. If I was looking at sedans I'd definitely consider other brands. Toyota Camry, Honda Accord, Nissan Maxima. Maybe even BMW. For a used 850 I think there's more downside than upside potential. If you get one that's been maintained well then you'll get an "ok" car. If you get one that hasn't been maintained you'll likely be disappointed.

Happy shopping!
