Rough ride S70

Kind of tough to answer this one without actually experiencing what you're describing as a rough ride. As such, the best that I can suggest is that you have the suspension looked at and/or try a different CD player. (If you have a friend or family member with the same car, the stereo is an easy swap, but I understand that not everyone has such resources available.)

29 psi is a little low for my preferences, but I believe that's within the factory recommended range. That range is printed on a sticker inside your fuel filler door.
