..just to put some numbers to it: maintenance, repairs and tire replacement, not including body corrosion repairs, has averaged about 11 cents Canadian per kilometer, which converts to about 13 cents US per mile, over the last four years. Hwy/city miles = about 4:1

Here's the record to date of repairs over $50 CDN, not including preventive maintenance items.
